The hotel is located in the ourskirts of Cologne, to travel to the centre by public transport guests must take bus line 701 from the stop across the road of the hotel to the tram station at "Hermuehlheim" where they should change for tram line 18. At the station "Poststrasse" they should change again to line 3, 4 or 14 which then goes to the fairground. Journey time is about an hour. Outside rush hour the journey is possible by private transport in about 25 minutes.

The rooms in the hotel are of medium size with simple but adequate furniture. Both rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition. The large restaurant is located on the ground floor. It is furnished in a bright colour scheme and is very bright due to large windows.

The building is very modern and bright giving the impression of efficiency. Outside the entrance is a driveway suitable for coaches as a drop off point. The lobby is medium sized and bright.

This Hotel is located very close to Phantasia land the famous theme park in Bruehl - the neighbouring town.
